Chilled mulled wine

    1. Step 1

      Combine wine, sugar, orange, cloves, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat. Set aside for 30 minutes to infuse.

    2. Step 2

      Add Cointreau to the wine mixture and stir to combine. Transfer to a jug and place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.

    3. Step 3

      Add strawberries to the wine mixture. Divide ice among serving glasses. Pour over mulled wine and serve immediately.
